Harvey(1578-1657)

Born on April 1, 1578 at folkstone, England. He was the first scientist
to publish a full description of the way blood moves around the body. Even
though Harvey was a famous doctor, he took interest in researches on heart
and blood circulation. He made experiments on different animals and studied
the heart and blood vessels. In 1628 he published a book on the movements of
heart and blood. He was the court physician to the King James I and King
Charles I. Died on 1657.
