Sreenivasa Ramanajun(1887-1920)
Indian mathematician. Born on December 22,1887 at erode, Tamil Nadu. Passed his matriculation exam in 1903. He was interested in solving mathematical problems from his child hood. He got a fellowship for his higher education in Trinity in 1917. He was selected as the fellow of the royal society in 1918.He published a number of books in mathematics. He died on April 26, 1920
