J.J. Thomson(1856-1940)
The English Physicist famous for his discovery of the first subatomic particle, electron and his work on atomic structure. In 1906 he received Nobel prize for physics, for his research on the electrical conductivity of gases. He was a great teacher an outstanding scientist.
