Har Govind Khurana(1922-)
He was Born in Raipur, Punjab and now lives in Pakistan. He is the citizen of USA. He synthesized the first wholly artificial gene. He was awarded the Nobel prize in 1968 for medicine and physiology, Science and technology for interpretation of genetic code and its function in protein synthesis. He shares the award with Robe w. Holly and Mars W. Nuenberg. He is affiliated to the university of Wiscosin, Madison, WI.
